Sales Support Employee

Main responsibilities

• collaborates with the Sales Representatives (SR) in carrying out the relations with the company's external customers
• manages requests for quotations and orders received.
• informs SR about customer requests – for additional materials, changes in commercial conditions, etc.
• update projects in local CRM
• analyzes project pre-calculations
• drafts and manages contractual documentation for the company's clients: Contracts, Addendums, information, etc.
• prepares analysis reports of closed construction sites
• various analyses, prices, balance sheet on projects, companies, economic performance, etc. – at the request of superiors
• approvals according to Sales Guidelines

• Construction background preferred
• Computer Operation Knowledge – Excell (Advanced), Word, MS Office, Internet
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Estonian
