In this role you will manage and develop CRM activities and tools across all our markets. You'll collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to deliver impactful CRM campaigns aligned with our annual Marketing Communication plan and overall strategy. Our team handles all interactions with existing and potential customers, preparing and executing communications across various channels. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing departments to coordinate CRM marketing campaigns and activities.
- Ensure targeted segmentation for all weekly send-outs and ad-hoc campaigns, tailored to the chosen communication channel.
- Continuously improve the CRM proposition by providing suggestions and feedback on current processes.
- Analyze and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
- Effectively segment the database for targeted marketing activities.
- Prepare and execute communications promptly, from collecting translations to setting up the CRM system for send-outs.
- Coordinate and execute testing strategies, including A/B testing, for all aspects of CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
- Report and analyze key figures on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Research and report on new opportunities for internal communication with existing customers.
You're good at
- 1 year of CRM-related experience with a proven track record of increasing customer retention and successful reactivation. Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to process large amounts of data.
- Capable of analyzing company performance and making strategic suggestions.
- Strong time-management and project-management skills with the ability to set priorities. Able to handle stress and take quick action in stressful situations.
- Fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish is a must.
