What We're Looking For

We're looking for a freelance tech recruiter with proven experience hiring top-tier US/EU engineers, product leaders, and CTOs from elite backgrounds.

This role is fully async, work whenever you want, from wherever you are.

We offer a success-based fee per hire: typically between $1,000 and $5,000 USD per placement.

Tasks
  • Source and screen high-caliber tech candidates
  • Present qualified profiles to our internal team
  • Manage candidate pipeline end-to-end
Requirements
  • Proven track record placing US/EU based top performers
  • Experience sourcing for roles like Backend/Full-stack Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Leads
  • Excellent sourcing/outreach skills (Boolean, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
  • Strong written communication in English
