Your profile
- 3 years' experience in software project or product management, ideally within fast-moving startups.
- A strong grasp of agile principles and experience applying them to lead development projects efficiently.
- You bring a sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the flexibility to wear multiple hats.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering practices, allowing you to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product Development: Oversee and coordinate development across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Feature Research & Innovation: Conduct research and gather insights to propose impactful new features, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and market demands.
- Agile Leadership: Lead daily standups and sprint planning, keeping software projects on track and ensuring team alignment.
- Bridge Between Business and Engineering: Act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- Detailed Jira Ticketing: Create comprehensive, well-documented Jira tickets for frontend, backend, and QA teams, ensuring clarity and completeness for efficient execution.
