About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior
.NET Full-Stack Developer
to join our core development team. You'll play a vital role in shaping the architecture, building robust features, and setting the standard for code quality as we scale our product and engineering team.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with product and operations, take ownership of key components, and help build out our internal development culture. If you're ready to make an impact in a purpose-driven company, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver full-stack features using
    C#/.NET
    and
  • Design and evolve the system architecture and DevOps workflows
  • Conduct code reviews, improve test coverage, and maintain code quality
  • Mentor developers and shape team culture
  • Lead development on critical components of our energy flexibility platform

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 6+ years professional experience in
    C#/.NET
    backend development
  • Strong front-end skills with
    JavaScript
    preferred)
  • Solid experience with
    REST APIs
    and
    relational databases
  • Background in SaaS or product-based companies
  • Clean code practices, collaborative mindset, and technical leadership ability
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with
    Azure
    ,
    Docker
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , or
    Kubernetes
  • Prior experience in energy tech or real-time data systems
