Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Scientist, based in Tallinn, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Scientist will be responsible for performing data analysis, interpreting complex data sets, and using statistical methods to uncover patterns and insights that drive the business. The role also includes collaborating with multi-functional teams to drive business decisions, and proactively identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Data Science, Data Analysis and statistics
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to the team
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have qualifications, but not obligatory

  • Media knowledge
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
