Job Summary
We invite you to consider joining the Department of Pediatrics at ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, where you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our dynamic department. As a key member of the administrative staff, you will provide essential clerical support to the Chair and faculty, ensuring the effective execution of our educational and clinical missions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meeting calendars, drafting correspondence, maintaining confidential files, and assisting with data entry. You will also support exam proctoring, organize events, monitor residency interviews, and contribute to the Child Family Health Institute, using your technical skills to enhance our department's social media presence and communications.
