looking for a Online Campaigns Specialist who can turn strategy into action and
deliver smart, data-driven campaigns that speak to our customers at every stage
of their journey. From planning multi-channel promotions to fine-tuning
automated flows, you'll play a key role in shaping how we connect with and
retain our audience.

  • Background in digital campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Optimove (or similar customer marketing platform) and confidence in managing automated customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working across creative, product, and marketing teams.
  • Curiosity and drive to continuously improve how campaigns connect with customers.
  • You live for the thrill and bring that same energy to everything you do.

  • Plan
    and deliver targeted CRM campaigns, ensure they align with campaign
    calendars and address key customer lifecycle stages.
  • Set
    up and manage automated customer journeys using CRM tools. Troubleshoot
    issues and optimize flows for smooth execution.
  • Create
    and manage bonus offers that support campaign goals and drive engagement.
    Test thoroughly and suggest improvements when needed.
  • Monitor
    campaign metrics like CTR, conversion, and bonus cost. Use insights to
    tweak content, offers, and strategy for better results.
  • Conduct
    regular QA checks to ensure campaigns meet guidelines and run error-free.
    Manage campaigns as full projects from start to finish.
  • Keep
    customer support informed about live campaigns and help resolve related
    inquiries. Use customer feedback to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay
    on top of CRM trends, competitor moves, and best practices. Suggest
    improvements based on new insights and lessons learned.
