As our Employee Experience Specialist & Executive Assistant, you'll make sure every team member feels valued, supported, and part of the pack. You'll also provide essential support to our leadership team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and improve the employee experience — from onboarding to engagement and growth.
  • Foster our company culture and strengthen team connection across offices and remote teams.
  • Organize internal communication and company events that bring people together.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure everything works seamlessly behind the scenes, from fresh fruit in the kitchen to computers, access, and all the details that keep the workplace running smoothly.
  • Support leadership with scheduling, communication, travel, and company-wide meetings.
  • Take ownership of occupational health and safety, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive work environment for all.

What We Expect:

  • A genuine passion for people, culture, and creating positive experiences.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English & Estonian — you make things happen.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to handle many moving parts at once.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience in office management, or executive support is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
