Key Responsibilities:

• Animation Production:
  Create high-quality animations for characters, symbols, backgrounds, UI elements and other elements required for the game.
• Concept Development:
  Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Game Designers to align animations with game themes and vision.
• Storyboarding:
  Produce detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize ideas before production.
• Rigging:
  Develop and maintain character rigs suited to the team's production needs.
• Optimization:
  Ensure animations are optimized for performance across multiple platforms while maintaining visual quality.
• Iteration & Feedback:
  Give and receive constructive feedback to refine animation quality and impact.
• Tool Proficiency:
  Use industry-standard tools like
  After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Spine, Photoshop
  , and relevant plugins.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with Game Design, ART, Marketing, Production and Sound teams to deliver a cohesive product.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
3 years of professional animation experience
, ideally in slot games or the broader gaming industry.

• Strong
portfolio
showcasing character animation, visual effects (VFX), and storytelling through motion.

• Proficient in:
After Effects
(incl. Saber and Trapcode plugins),
Spine 2D, Adobe Photoshop

• Solid understanding of animation principles (e.g. key poses, timing, anticipation, etc.).

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate vision and give/receive feedback.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to different animation styles, and prioritize effectively.

• Experience creating visuals optimized for
online casino games
—with attention to
cross-platform performance and file efficiency
.

Hands-on experience with AI tools
(e.g., Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion) for
boosting efficiency and creative output
.

• Proficiency in
video editing
using Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

• Deep understanding of
color theory

composition
, and current visual trends in games and media.

Advantageous experience:

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT, SVN, HG, Perforce).

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and texturing software.
