Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of building and optimizing user-facing applications that deliver exceptional performance and usability. You will play a critical role in shaping the architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring other engineers, while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring world-class web experiences to life.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and usability.

Lead frontend architecture discussions and ensure adherence to best practices in code structure, modularity, and maintainability.

Collaborate closely with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, reusable, and accessible code.

Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.

Write unit, integration and (mainly) end to end tests to ensure product quality.

Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG/ARIA), and responsiveness.

Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help set coding standards across the team.

Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, proposing improvements to processes and tooling.

Contribute to continuous delivery pipelines, CI/CD practices, and monitoring strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a proven track record of building production web applications.

Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular (React preferred).

Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or similar).

Experience with component-driven development and design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, etc.).

Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright, Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.

Experience working with REST APIs and real-time data sources (WebSockets).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

Bonus: experience with SSR frameworks ), micro frontends (Module Federation), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
