About you
Pactum is pioneering a new kind of AI-based negotiation software, solving novel, multi-million dollar problems for the world's largest enterprises. As a
Data Analyst for Sales & Growth Teams
, you'll be the engine for data-driven strategic consultation within the Sales and Customer Growth organization.
You will transform complex customer datasets into actionable insights and compelling visualizations that directly impact revenue, customer retention, and strategic planning globally. Your contributions at this early stage will have a huge impact on the product for years to come. Join our growing team in Tallinn, Estonia and make an impact
Your daily adventures will include
- Performance reporting.
Design and maintain core BI dashboards (Looker) for real-time performance tracking by Sales and Customer Growth teams. - Negotiation optimization.
Analyze supplier engagement, drop-off points, counteroffers, and geographical patterns to deliver data-backed negotiation strategies and improve conversion rates. - Customer ROI & best practices.
Prove customer value by analyzing platform utilization, tracking specific savings KPIs, and identifying key engagement patterns to establish customer ROI and best practices. - Executive insights.
Translate complex data (e.g., funnels, engagement maps) into clear, compelling visualizations for Executive-Facing presentation decks. - Strategic collaboration.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to standardize data terms, answer pressing ad-hoc business questions, and quantify the impact of strategic initiatives.
What you bring
- Technical core.
2-4 years of analytics experience (SaaS/Sales Ops preferred) with expertise in SQL, Excel, and a BI tool (Looker preferred). Python/R is a major plus. - Impact & communication.
Excellent at turning complex data into clear, compelling visuals and recommendations for non-technical audiences, driving tangible business outcomes. - Mindset.
Detail-oriented and passionate about data integrity; a proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple projects. - Business translator.
Serve as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements and vice versa. - Collaboration.
Build strong connections across Product and Engineering teams, demonstrating high emotional intelligence while working effectively with diverse individuals. - Global availability.
Ability to operate globally, including adjusting to US time (a couple hours later than usual Estonian work hours) for scheduled calls. - You are
fluent in English
and are comfortable with occasional non-traditional work hours; we are a startup with a global footprint and employees in over eight different countries.
