About The Role
We're looking for a
Quality Assurance Specialist
to join our Quality Team in International Business. In this role, you'll manage SLA monitoring and compliance, handle claims and penalties, inspect quality across operations and prepare reports and maintain quality records.
This is an opportunity to be part of Omniva's transformation, helping shape the future of logistics and technology across the Baltics and beyond.
What You'll Do
- monitor SLA performance, escalate risks, and perform root‑cause analysis to prevent breaches
- support claims handling by investigating failures, validating evidence, and supporting Finance with accurate data
- analyze claim trends and drive improvements to reduce recurring service issues
- conduct quality inspections across sorting, linehaul, and last‑mile operations to ensure standards are met
- maintain quality documentation and produce regular performance reports for internal and client use
- join client meetings to review SLA results, quality metrics, operational performance, and claim trends
What You Bring
- previous experience in quality assurance, logistics operations, or supply‑chain process control
- experience working with SLA frameworks, performance KPIs, or client compliance requirements is highly preferred
- good communication skills in English
- strong analytical abilities
- ability to manage SLA tracking systems, reporting tools (Excel, Power BI dashboards), and audit documentation
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously
