Head of Inflight Experience
to shape the heart of our product in the sky.

As Head of Inflight Experience, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the
strategic vision and operational excellence
of our onboard product. You will work at the intersection of design, operations, and customer experience, leading a multidisciplinary team and managing key stakeholders across the business and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall inflight experience strategy in line with Marabu's customer promise and commercial objectives
  • Lead and evolve our inflight catering and service concepts including sourcing, supplier performance, and onboard presentation
  • Oversee the design and modification of cabin interiors across the fleet, ensuring our brand is reflected in form and function
  • Uphold the highest standards of cabin hygiene, turnaround presentation, and service readiness at every touchpoint
  • Own the delivery and development of inflight entertainment and connectivity platforms in partnership with tech and content providers
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team across multiple domains (product, service, partnerships, customer experience)
  • Manage and grow relationships with internal stakeholders (cabin management, operations, finance) and external partners (caterers, suppliers, designers)
  • Own the inflight experience budget and monitor performance against financial, operational, and guest satisfaction KPIs

Requirements

  • University degree in business management, hotel/ aviation or tourism management or similar
  • Proven leadership experience in inflight experience, product, or cabin services, ideally within an airline or adjacent travel/hospitality brand
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Experience in supplier and contract management, service design, or onboard product development
  • Passion for customer experience and a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and innovation
  • Ability to work across disciplines, cultures, and geographies with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union (valid work permit or EU citizenship required)
  • Fluency in English (German or Estonian language skills is a plus)
