We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring Pactum's platform story to life through compelling visuals, narratives, and creative assets that make complex technology accessible and inspiring. You'll translate product capabilities into impactful content, from launch decks and videos to platform visuals and customer stories. This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling and high-quality content execution inside a fast-moving product organization. Join our growing team and make an impact
Your daily adventures will include- Creative direction & product storytelling. You will lead the creative direction for all platform visuals (video, presentations, motion graphics). This involves translating complex technical features into clear, compelling product stories, ensuring brand and visual consistency across all GTM and product-facing assets, and elevating the creative quality of all internal and external product communications.
- Product launch & enablement assets.You'll design and produce core launch materials, including decks, one-pagers, video explainers, and SKU descriptions. You will partner with Product Ops and GTM teams to drive product understanding and adoption, and continuously improve the centralized asset library used by Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration.You are expected to align visuals and messaging with strategic priorities alongside Product, Engineering, and the CPO. This includes collaborating with GTM and CS teams to support deal enablement and customer success, working with Data and Product Ops to visualize product adoption and customer outcomes, and creating executive-ready visuals for conferences, keynotes, and leadership presentations.
- 6+ years of experience in creative direction, visual design, or product
marketing communications within SaaS or B2B tech. - Proven ability to lead creative concepting and storytelling for complex, technical products.
- Strong proficiency in visual storytelling, motion, and digital design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Excellent communication, rigorous attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or AI-driven SaaS.
