Are you a positive-minded, responsible individual with a passion for sports and the flexibility to thrive in night work? As a Night Trader based in our Tallinn office, you'll play a key role in our dynamic Sportsbook department, with the majority of your shifts taking place overnight (including weekends). You'll be part of the team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the services department, managing liabilities, and contributing to the creation and settlement of events.

Your will be responsible for:

Conduct shifts, about 90 % of them during nights, ensuring continuous monitoring and management of potential risks, including weekends.

Develop and manage market types, set up leagues, and establish sports limits when required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Act as a proactive problem-solver ("fireman") to address emergencies or issues related to offers, external feeds, or operational challenges.

Test various Sportsbook products and functionalities, providing feedback and reporting findings to the Sportsbook Product Owner.

Your Skills and Experience:

A passion for sports and sports betting.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Capability to make quick and informed decisions based on real-time data and market conditions.

Familiarity with different types of bets, odds formats, and the mechanics of sports betting is beneficial.

Previous experience in a trading role within the sports betting industry would be advantageous.
