JD: Data Warehouse Support Specialist (5 to 8 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Warehouse Support Specialist to maintain and support enterprise data warehouse systems. You will be responsible for ensuring data availability, performance, and integrity across multiple platforms and supporting ETL processes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and support Data Warehouse (DW) operations and ETL workflows.

Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for data issues.

Write and optimize queries using T-SQL, PL/SQL, and support databases like Oracle, Sybase IQ, and SQL Server.

Collaborate with data engineers and business users to resolve data-related issues.

Maintain documentation for support procedures, data flows, and incident logs.

Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.

Provide on-call support and incident resolution for DW systems.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of experience in data warehouse support or database administration.

Strong SQL skills in T-SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle, Sybase IQ, or SQL Server.

Understanding of ETL processes and DW architecture.

Good problem-solving and communication skills in English.

Experience with job scheduling and monitoring tools is a plus.
