Our goal is to become the best solution on the European market within five years and to build the next unicorn that comes out of the Eastern European region. Our product is a SaaS solution for modern restaurants. We help restaurant owners increase revenue by using modern digital tools, such as QR payments, table ordering, website builder, delivery and takeaway, table reservations, and much more. As ChoiceQR scales and welcomes new clients, we are seeking an
After Sales Manager in Estonia
to guide them through a structured and efficient onboarding journey. The work format is mostly
on-site at client locations
, so we prioritize candidates located in Tallinn.
We also consider
students, including part-time candidates,
with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role in the future.
Responsibilities
:
- Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the ChoiceQR platform.
- Educate and train clients on product functionality, best practices, and value realization.
- Coordinate and support integrations with clients' POS systems, delivery platforms, and other third-party tools.
- Proactively manage timelines and keeping clients aligned with onboarding milestones.
- Identify and escalate bugs and issues to the technical team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Success Manager by providing full context of the client's onboarding journey, setup, and goals.
- Proactively minimize early-stage churn by addressing risks, objections, and adoption challenges during onboarding.
- Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding and proactively recommend additional solutions that increase client value and contribute to individual performance and bonus growth.
Requirements
:
- Located in Tallinn.
- Estonian language – native or C2.
- English – B2+ (used for internal communication, interaction with clients will be in Estonian).
- 1+ year as a Customer Success Manager, After Sales Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager or Implementation Manager.
- Tech-savvy, enjoys exploring digital tools, software interfaces and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Skilled at keeping clients engaged and on schedule during the onboarding journey, exercising assertiveness and professionalism to prevent delays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical details in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience with POS, SaaS, API is a benefit, but not a must, we will teach you everything.
