What is this role about?

We're building products that scale globally, and we need someone who loves turning complex challenges into elegant solutions. As a Technical Lead, you'll shape the future of our engineering practices, own a key service domain, and mentor a talented team of engineers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on impact, autonomy, and collaboration. You won't just be writing code - you'll be setting direction, guiding architecture, and helping engineers grow while keeping your hands close to the technology.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Owning the big picture: Lead the architecture, design, and quality of your service domain.
• Driving delivery: Ensure projects ship with technical excellence and in line with our standards.
• Shaping the roadmap: Estimate, prioritize, and balance technical work with product goals.
• Leading with expertise: Make key technical decisions around architecture, stack, and processes.
• Unblocking & improving: Solve blockers and introduce smarter ways of working.
• Sharing knowledge: Contribute to post-mortems, forums, and cross-team learning.
• Mentoring & coaching: Help engineers level up through feedback and guidance.
• Being the go-to expert: Act as the technical counterpart for external partners.

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be located in Estonia and visiting office.

What would ensure success in this role?

• Proven experience as a senior engineer or tech lead, with responsibility for system design and architecture in complex projects.
• Strong software engineering background and hands-on technical expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Docker, or ASP.NET or any typed back-end
• Experience in FE, preferably with React.
• Strong communication skills and openness to share knowledge across teams.
• Product Engineering mindset.
