Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply quality control processes to monitor product quality at various stages of production.
  • Perform thorough inspections and tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Document inspection outcomes, maintain quality records, and generate reports for management review.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and principles such as Six Sigma.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach towards identifying issues and implementing lasting solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey quality standards to diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Eastern European quality standards and regulations will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in quality inspection tools and software.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in quality testing software and tools.
  • Experience working with international teams or in a multinational environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies(manual and automated).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile development environments.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
