Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tallinn, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Regional Co-founder, you will spearhead business growth in your region by driving sales, managing marketing initiatives, and conducting market research. You will play a pivotal role in building partnerships and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to extend Famelyn's reach. Alongside these efforts, you will collaborate on strategy development, maintain client communication, and evaluate regional performance metrics to achieve targeted goals.

  • Sales and marketing expertise to drive leads, partnerships, and revenue growth
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Proven leadership capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in personal branding or LinkedIn profile optimization is a valuable asset
