What does the day-to-day look like in this role?
As Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and production by assembling parts or products (alkaline hydrogene electrolizer stacks) based on technical drawings and instructions (written and spoken).
Your tasks will include the following:
Product Assembly & Testing
- Assemble mechanical components into finished products.
- Use hand tools, power tools and other machinery for fitting and joining parts.
- Follow assembly instructions and technical schematics
- Conduct functional tests (e.g. hydrostatic pressure test of the alkaline electrolizer stacks) to ensure proper assembly and operation.
Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse, engineering and quality teams.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety regulations and protocols.
- Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Process Improvement
- Initiate and conduct activities to improve how we do things in production.
Must-have qualifications:
- Estonian or English language written and spoken
- Experience with using hand and electrical tools
- Able to use computer and Microsoft Office software (such as Excel, Word, etc)
- Good physical form – we operate with heavy equipment and components
- Punctuality and detail-oriented attitude towards everything you do
- Strong personal drive and discipline to get things done
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience in production environment, like assembling products
- Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing, 5S
- Forklift driver's license
