Insight Analyst

We are looking for an Insight Analyst with an iGaming background. This role focuses on analyzing and interpreting data specific to the iGaming industry to provide insights, support decision-making, and enhance gaming experiences.

In this role, you are going to:

• Own end-to-end analyses — from shaping the right questions with stakeholders to delivering clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
• Gather, process, and analyze large volumes of iGaming data across customer, product, and marketing domains
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc deep dives to uncover trends, behaviors, and performance patterns
• Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and integrity checks — keeping your outputs trustworthy and reproducible
• Evaluate ROI and potential revenue impact of business initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
• Present findings with clarity and impact using storytelling techniques and visual tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
• Monitor and analyze financial, behavioral, and engagement key performance indicators (KPIs) of our customers across all business units and verticals
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, including marketing, CRM, and others
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-backed trend analysis and opportunity sizing

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis — ideally within the iGaming industry
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences and the assertiveness to ask tough questions, challenging unclear requests when needed
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to support arguments using data and evidence
• Ability to take initiative to turn vague tasks into clear, actionable insights that leads to useful and meaningful results
• Fluency in spoken and written English

Optional
:

• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Experience using BigQuery, Snowflake, or other cloud-based data warehouses
• Background in Marketing, CRM, or other relevant business verticals
