Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Senior Content / UX Writer
to lead content creation and strategy across
digital banking platforms
. The role focuses on producing
clear, user-focused content
for web, mobile, and other digital channels, informed by research and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and management of digital content across platforms
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
  • Mentor and guide junior writers to maintain high content quality
  • Present content concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders
  • Support content decisions with user research and analytics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting / UX writing with a strong portfolio
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in writing tools and CMS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content strategy, and accessibility (WCAG)
  • Experience in legal/regulatory content for banking or financial services
  • Familiarity with UX research, data analytics, Agile, and design thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
