What is this role about?As the Business Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of our affordability and creditworthiness assessment processes. Collaboration is crucial, as you'll work closely with categorization evaluators, compliance teams, and product managers to maintain robust quality controls and optimize processes for peak performance. This position requires a combination of data mining, analytics, and process management, making it an exciting and impactful opportunity to enhance our organization's data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular health overviews of the affordability and creditworthiness assessment process to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Perform regular quality checks on second-layer categorization rules to ensure accuracy in transaction classification.
- Design and coordinate the execution of a data quality assurance process to establish a robust quality control system over data and processes in creditworthiness and affordability assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate the results obtained by Categorization Evaluators, ensuring consistent and sufficient feedback for categorization model training.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the quality assurance process, audits, results, and action points.
- Prepare and prioritize business requirements for necessary changes based on findings to improve efficiency and accuracy.
This role is in Estonia, and Estonian language proficiency is highly desirable.
What would ensure success in this role?Success in this role is determined by analytical expertise, process oversight, and data accuracy management. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in managing analytical processes and verifying data integrity.
- Strong skills in analytical software and tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and drive business decisions.
- Experience with quality assurance practices and methodologies to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to maintain clear, structured, and accurate documentation of assessments and improvements.
