Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Foodservice segment, to drive innovation and growth by leading new product development and managing our packaging portfolio. We're looking for a proactive product manager with strong market insight and a passion for turning ideas into successful products. You'll shape product strategy, guide projects from concept to launch, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, market-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing

In this role you'll be responsible for driving new product development and managing our existing product portfolio. We're looking for a proactive and innovative professional with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the packaging industry market. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new packaging solutions, aligning with market trends and business objectives.

  • Manage and track all ongoing NPD projects, ensuring consistent follow up and meeting yearly development goals.

  • Lead the end-to-end NPD process from ideation and concept development through to commercialization.

  • Collaborate with production, operations, quality and sales teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch.

  • Conduct regular cost analysis and margin comparisons across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and price optimization.

  • Oversee the creation and management of product information, ensuring all technical specifications, and data are accurate and up-to-date across all internal systems.

  • Lead the systematic marketing and promotion of newly launched products, including organizing and leading meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Have responsibility for Master Data Management (MDM) related to the product portfolio, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all product data across various systems (e.g., ERP, PIM).

What you'll bring to the role
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in product management and experience in the packaging industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while balancing the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactivity, self-motivation and an eagerness to learn.

  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well independently but also as part of a multinational team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

  • English is a key language for everyday work, other languages are a significant plus.
