Production Line Manager

We are seeking a
Production Line Manager
to join our team at a leading precast element manufacturing company. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and effective management of designated production line operations. You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all activities on the designated production line to ensure timely and quality production of concrete elements.
  • Managing a team of production workers, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively to meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Monitoring and maintaining production schedules, adjusting as necessary to address delays or issues while keeping production on track.
  • Ensuring all quality standards are met by supervising production processes and conducting regular quality checks.
  • Collaborating closely with maintenance and quality control teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues swiftly.
  • Implementing LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing operational processes effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with LEAN management principles is a plus.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, BI.
  • Good English language skills speaking and writing.
