About the position 
This role is the key marketing position at Luxury Motors Tallinn, responsible for daily marketing execution for Maserati and XPENG. You will align your activities with the marketing team in Lithuania to ensure consistency, guidance and a unified brand direction. 

The role is operational and hands-on: creating and running campaigns, managing social media and website updates, coordinating events, producing content, reporting results and ensuring every activity is executed to a high standard. You will have room for your own ideas, but also full responsibility for delivering them — from briefing to execution. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute local marketing activities across all channels (social, website, CRM, promotions); 
  • Develop creative concepts and direct content creation for social media, campaigns and reels; 
  • Generate ideas and deliver marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement and lead growth; 
  • Plan, organize and run events: new model launches, test drives, dealership events, partner activations; 
  • Prepare and execute offers, promotions and customer communication for both sales and aftersales; 
  • Monitor trends, track performance, report results and turn insights into new actions; 
  • Ensure brand consistency and support Maserati and XPENG teams with day-to-day marketing needs. 

Requirements

What we expect from you: 

  • A few years of experience in a marketing role (experience in automotive or luxury segment is a strong advantage); 
  • Strong project and time management skills — ability to handle multiple tasks without losing structure or quality;
  • A results-oriented mindset and ownership of your work from idea to execution; 
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian; 
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate clear, actionable ideas; 
  • Confidence working with performance data and turning insights into improvements; 
  • Experience in planning and executing events; 
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Salary: 1800–2000 € gross per month, based on experience. After the probation period, the role includes a performance-based bonus linked to achieved results.
