About the role

In this role, you'll work directly with a senior executive leading one of Bolt's most forward-looking innovation projects - someone driving strategic initiatives that shape the company's next chapter. You'll be their operational right hand, ensuring everything runs smoothly while getting a front-row seat to how high-impact decisions are made across product, strategy, and culture.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing order to chaos, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to make things happen. You'll be the kind of person who can balance big-picture thinking with meticulous execution - ready to grow fast and build alongside leadership.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Executive Support – Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, prepare meeting agendas, and handle expenses to keep leadership focused on the big picture.
• Office Management  – Ensure the office runs smoothly and stays fully stocked, organized, and welcoming. Be the point of contact for vendors and building management, manage equipment and onboarding logistics for new hires, and maintain relationships with cleaners, caterers, and IT support.
• Culture & Events  – Plan and execute team events, offsites, and celebrations. Champion our culture, maintain traditions, and bring creative ideas to make Bolt an even better place to work.
• Finance & Operations Support  – Support with basic invoicing and bills, organize digital files, and help implement new tools and processes that make the team more efficient.

We are looking for someone who can help shape Bolt's next chapter.

About you:

• You have 2+ years of experience in admin, operations, or event planning — ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
• You're highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• You're tech-savvy — fluent in tools like Slack, G-Suite, and Notion, and quick to pick up new systems.
• You have excellent communication skills, can adapt to different audiences, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• You thrive on variety and are motivated by impact — whether it's optimizing a process or creating an unforgettable team moment.
