FleetFox is an asset-light managed marketplace, active in 10 cities across 6 EU countries, servicing car-sharing, delivery, utility, and other B2B fleets. Driven by our technology, we're saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.

The Operations Specialist is a hands-on role: majority of the work happens in a carwash - part of your work is training new Foxes to provide car washing services and also rolling up your sleeves to wash cars if necessary. You will be reporting to the Regional Operations Lead. This position is responsible for being the team lead for our service providers (Foxes), achieving service quality targets and weekly order volumes targets, handling equipment and ensuring our clients' fleets are always ready for the next user.

YOUR MISSION

1. Recruitment and retention of service providers (Foxes).

  • Find, train and lead the local team of Fox contractors responsible for various Tasks around the city (washing, relocating, etc).

2. High-quality standards.

  • Ensure service quality through training, re-training and daily checkups.
  • Low operational error rates and customer complaints.
  • Be the first responder for Foxes and clients, providing swift and effective solutions to everyday problems.

3. Achievement of volume and revenue targets.

  • Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure weekly order volumes are reached.

4. Efficient equipment utilisation.

  • Manage infrastructure, equipment and maintenance for service delivery.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Monday to Friday: 16:00-01:00
Requirements

Must have:

  • Fluency in Estonian (C2).
  • Based in Tallinn and available for full-time on-site work.
  • Active B-category driver's license.
  • Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills.
  • Being a people person - love working with people (performing training sessions for candidates, supporting our community of Foxes).
  • Strong discipline (always being on time) and commitment (doing what you promised to do) characteristics.
  • Problem-solving attitude: Quick thinker with practical solutions.

Good to have:

  • Fluency in English (B2).
  • Experience in relevant fields (car washing, mobility, gig economy, B2B fleets, etc) is a big plus.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
