We are looking for a
detail-oriented, proactive Junior Account Manager / Project Coordinator
to join our team part-time in Estonia. This role is ideal for someone at the
start of their career
who's eager to learn project delivery and client relationship management in the tech sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the
    primary liaison
    between clients and our delivery teams (developers and analysts).
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and prevent
    scope creep
    by keeping deliverables aligned with signed agreements.
  • Support in preparing status updates, meeting notes, and delivery reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly.

What We're Looking for:

  • Entry-level
    (0–2 year experience) or recent graduate in business, tech, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (Estonian is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in tech, software projects, or data analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setup.

What We Offer:

    for ~15 hours/week (flexible scheduling).
