We are looking for an
Interior Supervisor
to join its Retrofit Projects Department in Tallinn.

About the Role:

As an Interior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating onboard interior outfitting activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily onboard activities of interior works

• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work progress

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Collaborate with project managers and engineering departments

• Support the execution of complex retrofit projects for cruise and naval vessels

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role in the marine / cruise ship industry

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of technical drawings and interior outfitting materials

English proficiency (Russian speaking is a plus)

Availability to start immediately
