We're looking for a hands-on builder to lead a small yet ambitious cloud services company—someone who will shape strategy, drive sales, run day-to-day operations, and grow an engaged team to deliver sustainable growth and profitability. You'll partner with ADM Group for leverage, 
but you own the plan end-to-end—shaping it and executing it independently, week after week

What you'll do:

  • Own and operate the business: lead strategy, P&L and a crisp weekly operating cadence; keep quality high while growing recurring revenue.
  • Lead sales hands-on: run discovery, craft pitches, close deals, and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Be initially hands-on in delivery/ops: organise & prioritise the CloudOps backlog, manage client comms, ensure smooth incident & maintenance workflows until the team scales.
  • Shape and package the offering: from audits and EU-sovereignty hooks to AI-assisted Ops/DevOps services.
  • Recruit, coach and engage the team; raise the bar on delivery excellence and customer outcomes.
  • Amplify visibility: publish practical content with group marketing support.

You'll thrive here if you:

Language: fluent Estonian & English

Bonus points: commercial AWS/cloud Ops/DevOps exposure (or very fast technical learning), proven C-level sales experience, and service packaging/productisation track.
