The Role

We're looking for a Sportstech Technical Support Analyst to investigate and resolve user issues, identify bugs, and escalate complex problems. You'll communicate with internal teams, translate technical details into user-friendly responses, and help maintain a knowledge base. Strong communication, SQL/JSON knowledge, and troubleshooting skills are key. API experience and prior support roles are a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Investigating and solving problems raised by the users within our
    supported product cluster
  • Identifying possible bugs and escalating complex issues
  • Ensuring effective communication with relevant departments by
    converting technical text into professional, customer-friendly
    correspondence
  • Helping other Support Analysts with their work
  • Creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for known issues and
    solutions
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager
