and the possibility to work from home If you have: Previous experience in sales, media sales, media account management (ideally within media agencies, media companies, or FMCG) Understanding of media management, advertising, and in‑store marketing Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines An analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, data-driven insights, and performance reporting Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve defined targets Very good Estonian and English language skills A higher education degree in business management or a related field (considered an advantage) What we will trust you with: Selling Rimi retail media solutions to brands and media agencies Identifying new revenue opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term partners Acting as the main point of contact between the advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies—both daily and throughout campaigns Developing the Rimi advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions
