Assistant Store Managers – Tallinn

NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate almost 1100 stores across 14 markets. Our expansion soon continues in Estonia, and we’re looking for Assistant Store Managers to join our adventure We are looking for Assistant Store Managers for the first new store openings in Tallinn. As Assistant Store Manager at NORMAL, you’ll have the opportunity to join a fantastic journey in a company with an open and friendly atmosphere. We will help equip you for success, and you will also have fantastic development opportunities. The Job You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store. We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility
- together with the Store Manager
- for sales, store standards, and leadership. We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented. You should expect to go abroad for your training and onboarding. It is therefore important that you are comfortable communicating in English and can travel 5-10 days in a row for the first 2 months. Your Qualifications You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a dynamic workday filled with challenges and great energy. You have experience in retail, and a passion for store operations and merchandising to ensure high store standards. We also expect that you can recognice the following

• You are fluent in Estonian and are comfortable communicating in English

Salary:
The fixed monthly salary is minimum 1500-1800 Euro. Depending on individual qualifications and experience a personal mark-up can be negotiated.
