The first thing a new Go3 subscriber touches isn’t a show
- it’s a web page. Then a plan picker, a payment form, an eID check, and a confirmation screen. Each step talks to a different external system, and none of them were designed with the others in mind. This role owns that path. You’ll write plenty of Vue/Nuxt and TypeScript, but the real job is deciding what the spec should be when billing, identity, and a headless CMS disagree
- often before anyone hands you a finished one. Go3 is the largest OTT platform in the Baltics
- bigger than Netflix across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia combined. Our web products are where many subscribers start: from the first marketing page they land on to the checkout that turns them into a customer, with plan selection, payment, and eID verification in between. The work itself is what makes this worth doing. A single flow can touch several external providers, three markets, multiple languages, and content authored by people who aren’t engineers. Keeping all of that fast, correct, and maintainable is its own hard, genuinely interesting challenge. What you will do
• Lead multi-integration features end-to-end
- plan selection, payment, identity verification, and everything in between
- with minimal oversight.
• Set frontend architecture for your area: component structure, state and data-fetching patterns, and how CMS content maps to components non-engineers can safely compose.
• Shape API contracts with backend engineers before they’re final, while both sides are still moving.
• Own the testing strategy (unit and end-to-end), review code for direction, not just style, and mentor mid-level engineers deliberately.
• Troubleshoot production issues from the browser down to the API response, and know when the fix belongs upstream.
• Keep multi-market complexity manageable
- i18n routing, SEO, and analytics that stay consistent as the product grows.
• Make build-vs-borrow calls and explain them to the team. What we expect We care far more about how you decide than which framework you know best. Our providers, our codebase, the streaming business
- learnable on the job. Not learnable: making an integration call on an incomplete spec, pushing back when the spec is wrong, and explaining the trade-off so the team understands why, not just what. In practice:
• 5+ years building production web applications with a modern component framework (Vue/Nuxt preferred, React or similar is fine).
• Deep JavaScript and TypeScript, strong HTML/CSS and responsive layout.
• Shipped at least one feature integrating third-party providers (payments, identity, billing, or analytics) where the contract wasn’t fully defined upfront.
• Owned a test strategy
- unit and end-to-end
- not just written individual tests.
• Mentored other engineers or regularly reviewed their code in a Git-based workflow.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) driven by a written spec
- with you reviewing and owning what they produce. Nice to have: Nuxt at scale, headless CMS (Builder.io, Contentful, Sanity), static site generation and CDN hosting, subscription checkout flows, payment or eID providers, GA4/GTM, basic AWS. Where you’ll work Tallinn, hybrid
- preferred. Vilnius or Riga (hybrid) also work, and for the right person we’ll consider remote within the Baltics or the EU.
We offer
• International team and mindset.
• Internal/external events, online trainings, conferences.
• Free access to Go3 content.
• Attractive health insurance package (after the probation period).
• Salary based on your competencies and experience from 4800 to 5800 EUR gross. Thank you for applying Your CV will be carefully reviewed by our team. If we decide to move forward, one of our specialists will contact you to explain the next steps. By applying, you agree to let AS Go3 Baltics use your personal information for this job application.
