Company Description Lingua Learn Corporate is a global language school operating in over 45 countries across six continents, supporting organizations and individuals in building strong language and communication skills. The company partners with corporate teams, government entities, and international institutions to deliver business language training, CEFR-aligned assessments, and soft skills programs that enhance cross-border collaboration and performance. Clients include well-known organizations such as the Government of Dubai, Emirates, FedEx, PwC, and the United Nations. Lingua Learn also offers courses for individual learners, including career-focused language programs, IELTS preparation, and language classes for children and teens. All programs are taught by fully qualified, native-speaking teachers, with a focus on measurable, CEFR-certified learning outcomes across more than 50 languages. Role Description The Italian Language Teacher role is a remote, contract position focused on delivering high-quality Italian language instruction to corporate and individual learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lessons aligned with CEFR levels, conducting virtual classes for different proficiency levels, and adapting teaching methods to learner needs and organizational requirements. The teacher will design lesson plans and learning materials, integrate business and everyday Italian language scenarios, and provide regular feedback and progress reports to learners. Additional tasks include administering and grading assessments, maintaining accurate learner records, and collaborating with Lingua Learn coordinators to ensure consistent teaching standards and positive learner outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience instructing Italian to diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, CEFR-aligned curricula and learning materials.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Italian Literature and culture to enrich lessons with relevant context and authentic content.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, with excellent command of spoken and written language.
• Relevant teaching qualification or certification (e.g., degree in Languages, Education, Italian Studies, or recognized teaching credential).
• Experience with online teaching platforms and digital classroom tools, and the ability to manage interactive remote lessons.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach and ability to work with multicultural, international audiences.
• Experience preparing learners for standardized language exams and corporate language assessments is an advantage.
