WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a  hunter  
- a results-driven  NEW   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who thrives on  identifying opportunitiesopening doors , and is  experienced in outbound lead generation  (core focus of the role). This is not a passive role. Prospect through multi-channel outreach, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social selling and industry events, bringing new business partners into the INZMO ecosystem. You'll be working directly under our Head of New Business as an individual contributor, which means autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a lean, collaborative startup environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
•  Hunt relentlessly : Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across various industries. •  Hit targets : Meet and exceed new business targets and revenue goals. •  Build relationships : Develop and nurture partnerships with potential clients who see the value in embedded insurance. •  Navigate complexity : Work with technical teams to understand API integrations and embedded insurance possibilities
- you don't need to be a developer, but you can't be afraid of technical conversations. •  Represent INZMO : Attend select industry events (1-2 per year) to network and showcase our solutions. •  Grow into a full cycle role : The goal of this role is to start off by forging connections and growing into a full-cycle sales manager. •  Collaborate : Work closely with our small but mighty team to refine positioning and overcome objections. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR •  5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience  
- you've done this before and have the wins to prove it. •  Hunter mentality : You're energized by outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and opening new doors. •  Tech-savvy : Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and technical implementations with clients and internal teams. •  Insurance or InsurTech experience : Understanding the insurance landscape will ensure your success. •  CRM proficiency : Experience with Attio, HubSpot and sales automation tools (Apollo, Clay etc) is needed to keep a healthy pipeline. •  Willingness to go the extra mile : Startup life means rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. •  Excellent English: Being fluent in English is necessary, any other European language is a huge plus as you will be focusing on the EU market as a whole. •  Curiosity and learning mindset : Willing to dive deep into embedded insurance solutions and understand what makes them tick.
