We are seeking a professional to coordinate a multidisciplinary applied research project examining how organisations collect, verify and use information before making major transformation, digitalisation and artificial intelligence decisions. Required Profile â€
¢ Master’s degree or PhD in related field: organisational psychology, information systems, business administration, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, innovation, sociology, economics. â€
¢ Demonstrable experience coordinating multidisciplinary research, technology or organisational transformation projects. â€
¢ Strong knowledge of information technologies, digitalisation, data and artificial intelligence. â€
¢ Experience working with researchers, technical specialists, companies and other organisations. â€
¢ Knowledge of research methods, case studies, evidence management, validation and scientific documentation. â€
¢ Ability to coordinate protocols, participants, activities, dependencies, schedules and deliverables. â€
¢ Excellent analytical, organisational, writing and documentation skills. â€
¢ Professional written and spoken English. Responsibilities â€
¢ Coordinate the project’s day-to-day research activities. â€
¢ Maintain alignment between researchers, technical specialists and participating organisations. â€
¢ Prepare and control protocols, records, schedules and deliverables. â€
¢ Coordinate retrospective and prospective studies in real organisations. â€
¢ Maintain the traceability and quality of collected evidence. â€
¢ Monitor testing, comparison, validation and quality-review activities. â€
¢ Document decisions, incidents, exceptions and results. â€
¢ Prepare scientific documentation and progress reports in English. â€

salary:
EUR 3,200 per month . â€
