Tasks:
  • People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s
  • Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements
  • Software development according to modern best practices and principles
  • Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review
Must-have:
  • Experience in software development for more than 5 years
  • Experience in managing teams of software engineers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Agile mindset, business goals orientation
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
