The Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Tallinn. You will be closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders to determine how to scalably design, develop and maintain the Crespect application and its integrations to meet the needs of law firms globally.

Your daily adventures

Developing and deploying Crespect's growing application, API's and integrations to build enterprise level SaaS architecture:
  • Taking concepts and features from idea to successful execution
  • Working closely with Product team to slice and dice scope and deliver piece by piece
  • Contributing ideas and productive feedback to our product development roadmap
  • Sharing your knowledge and promoting tech and engineering best practices with other team members
About you

We are looking for a great teammate with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development:
  • You are technically competent with Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript
  • You have experience with cloud systems (preferably AWS) and have experience in API design
  • You enjoy agile development principles
  • You have a drive for leading initiatives and features to completion, even if the last mile is the hardest
  • You have strong principles towards writing clean, simple, performant, secure and maintainable code and understand the concept of code reviews
  • You value teamwork and peer support
  • You are ready to innovate beyond the product written specification and contribute own ideas
  • Having an experience in building and maintaining highly available B2B SaaS applications is an advantage
  • You are fluent in English
  • You live in Estonia and have a work permit
