We are looking for a Full-Stack Java Developer, who would join our team to face the challenges in the most effective technical way. Your Role In QSHE/Legal IT department we develop solutions to be used by various functional units inside Kuehne + Nagel. We strongly believe in integration and interoperability of internal systems. Often you will have a chance to develop both the front-end Javascript/React/Angular/other and the back-end architecture (Java). You will also be required to communicate with our clients in English, so fluency in English language is a must. Your Responsibilities
  • Developing new and existing functionality of enterprise solutions
  • Taking part in design decisions together with the team and business stakeholders
  • Improving code quality according to the best practices
  • Integration of new components into existing environment
  • Support of other activities across the full software development cycle
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles
  • Minimum of 4 years hands on development experience in Java
  • Experience with Angular, knowledge of React.JS, is a plus
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
  • Experience in creating a reusable, component-based web user interface
  • High self-motivation, interest in current trends in software development
  • Ability to take over responsibility
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
