We want you to help take us to the next level Your Responsibilities
- Understand the business value of our Functional and Business Units and enable it through hands-on building and running software solutions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle - from ideation through specification, prototyping, integration, and maintenance.
- Take part in product and architectural decisions together with the team.
- Collaborate very closely with product, engineering roles, various internal partners, and business stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement of our processes and working methods.
- "You Build It, You Own It" - the team is responsible for the whole software lifecycle.
- Several years of active hands-on experience with agile software development, preferably matching our currently used technologies: Java, Spring Boot, (or similar), Kafka, Postgres, Oracle, Docker, Kubernetes build tools, Jenkins, and Git. You should feel comfortable working in both backend and frontend.
- Knowledge of software craftsmanship targeting CI/CD, clean code.
- Experience with AWS is a big plus.
- Developing yourself and the team is always on your mind.
- Collaborative work in international teams inspires you.
- Familiarity with software development practices in an Agile environment, where concepts like "Teamwork and open communication" and "Pair programming and knowledge sharing" simply feel natural to you.
