We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our global talent acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter, Tech. In this pivotal role, you will play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility and impacting millions of customers and partners worldwide.

This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Engineering Department, hiring top talent in Software Engineering, Mobile Development, Site Reliability, Cybersecurity, and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data and metrics to optimize recruiting effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing talent attraction plans to identify and acquire top-tier professionals.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and experience.
• Maintaining a diverse talent pipeline through proactive funnel building and employer branding initiatives.
• Fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders, driving collaboration and strategic partnership.
• Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a culture of belonging and respect.

About You:

• You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
• You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.
• You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
