Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tallinn. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our mission by hiring top talent for our Servicing teams across Europe.

You'll play a key role in supporting our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and continuously improving our hiring processes.

• Partner with business stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, leveraging your market knowledge and hiring expertise.
• Own the candidate process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Create an engaging and positive candidate experience in line with our values, regardless of the hiring outcome.
• Support employer branding efforts through university recruiting, job fairs, and diversity outreach initiatives.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Use data to track hiring progress, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rewards, People Ops, and RecOps, to streamline recruitment operations.
