Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support recruitment strategies, leveraging your market knowledge and hiring expertise.
  • Own the candidate process end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Create an engaging and positive candidate experience in line with our values, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Support employer branding efforts through university recruiting, job fairs, and diversity outreach initiatives.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Use data to track hiring progress, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Rewards, People Ops, and RecOps, to streamline recruitment operations.
