Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end implementation projects, from design and configuration to testing, training, and post-go-live support. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform technologies will enable you to drive project success and ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and configuring sector-specific templates to enhance out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality
- Leading data migration strategy and design
- Collaborating with interfaces and integrations teams
- Defining training needs within the team and coaching other members
- Delivering consultancy services according to the company's Project Methodology
- Ensuring progress updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree-level education or higher
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in professional services/consulting firms
- Exceptional knowledge of finance core concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, and Reporting
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Promotes the values of the company and acts as a role model
