Senior Dynamics 365 Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (DFO) senior consultant to join our dynamic and growing team. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement DFO solutions for clients, ensuring they meet their business requirements and expectations.
- Work with the onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
- Lead the solution on a work stream, making design decisions, and creating solution documentation.
- Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues.
- Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of projects.
- Ideal candidate should have at least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis.
- Excellent foundational consulting skills, including written and verbal communication and team participation.
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
- Fluent English language skills, with additional fluency in one or more of the following languages preferred: French, Spanish, German, Italian.
