About the project:
You will be working closely with our Support team to develop strategies that prevent problem gambling. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate a player's behavior is becoming problematic.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support and guidance to players who are seeking assistance with responsible gaming concerns.
- Analyzing data to identify players who are exhibiting behaviors that may indicate a gambling problem, including activity analysis and basic source of funds checks.
- Examine cases of fraudulent activity and resolve them accordingly.
- Monitoring players' accounts to identify potential 'At Risk/Problem Gamblers' and ensuring the appropriate level of interaction is conducted.
- Reviewing daily reports on Responsible Gaming processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that all Responsible Gaming and AML cases are dealt with in a timely manner to provide customers with a quick and efficient dispute resolution service.
- Identifying gaps in processes or inflows and taking necessary measures to fill them.
- Reviewing and amending manuals and existing procedures related to RG and AML.
- Handling escalated/difficult queries and complaints as required.
- Developing and implementing responsible gaming strategies and policies.
- Educating players and staff on responsible gaming principles and practices.
- Working closely with the Customer Support, Compliance, and CRM teams to ensure responsible gaming standards are met.
- Preparing regular reports and presentations on responsible gaming activities and outcomes for management.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to responsible gaming.
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- A strong understanding of responsible gaming and AML principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of relevant gaming regulations and industry standards.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate in a sensitive and calm manner.
- High attention to detail.
