Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia FleetFox Full time

Location: Hybrid – Office/Remote (within Europe, depending on applicant's location)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Service Operations Specialist to help elevate FleetFox service quality and operational efficiency across our active markets. This role plays a key part in supporting our local teams while ensuring our global standards are met and improved upon.

Working closely with the Global Service Operations Manager, you'll monitor performance, identify weak points, and collaborate with local operations to drive improvements.

Each week, your focus will shift to the region or team with the most pressing needs — but your overarching mission remains the same: support measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.

YOUR PRIMARY MISSION:

  • Analyze operational data to identify regions or teams underperforming in quality or efficiency
  • Monitor and drive improvements in internal and external quality reports, ensuring alignment with company expectations
  • Assess and improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, productivity gaps, and opportunities to streamline field work
  • Partner with local teams to create and track improvement plans
  • Hold weekly syncs with local operations to review progress and escalate blockers to HQ
  • Implement and monitor improvements aligned with HQ standards
  • Act as the primary operational bridge between local teams and the Global Service Operations Manager
    • Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day operations questions and minor escalations from local teams

ADDITIONAL PROJECTS (as needed):

  • Help document and standardize operational workflows and best practices
  • Assist in developing fraud prevention and detection tools and processes
  • Support the creation of a more structured procurement and equipment tracking system

Requirements

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in mobility, carsharing, last-mile logistics, or fleet operations
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPIs to make decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams across different countries
  • Confidence in managing recurring weekly processes while staying adaptable
  • A self-starter attitude with high accountability and follow-through
  • Fluent English – both spoken and written (this is a must)

Bonus if you also bring:

  • Experience with process improvements or workflow design
  • Background in a global operations role
  • Skills in building internal tools, trackers, or SOPs

Benefits

  • Motivating incentives: Earn a competitive salary and receive a stock option plan
  • Impactful role: Be a key player in shaping a fast-growing, mission driven company
  • Innovative culture: Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that values creativity and data-driven decision-making
  • Growth opportunity: Freedom to grow within the company and make a tangible difference in the Mobility space
  • Flexibility: Our team focuses on performance, not hours - work from the office, from home or when travelling
  • Dynamic environment: Work in a fast-paced and profitable start-up, operating in a massive yet undeserved market

If you're ready to take FleetFox's service operations department to the next level, we'd love to hear from you

Apply today and let's transform the future of mobility
